Hello Everybody,

It's time to make my first post on ErliThai.

Who i am? I am Markus 49 years old married with a beautiful Thai Lady since over 22 years. I am a borned Austria Men but living since i can breath in Switzerland Europe.

After many years traveling like everybody just for holidays every year for a couple of weeks to thailand i did start spliting my live more and more between Europe and Thailand reaching in 2023 the goal of spending 50% in Europe and 50% in Thailand.

For that after bying a Condo in Bangkok over 10 years ago and 5 years a ago a bigger condo in Hua Hin Town we decide to build a house for us to spend more time in this country.

Over the next couple of months i will post some details about my house building project and how i use my knowledge in IT to make it Smart.
